FRS is an independent survey company specialising in Fire Risk Assessments across the UK. We have experience in assessing single sites through to large scale multi-site projects.

Fire Risk Services has a depth of experience in assessing a variety of properties in different building sectors; this includes the residential sector; and specifically supported housing, care homes, self-contained and converted blocks of flats and extra care facilities.

Fully Qualified Staff

Fire Risk Services staff gained their initial practical fire safety experience working within a local authority fire department for a minimum of four years. Our fire consultants gain their technical fire safety education by attending the formal fire safety courses held at the Fire Service College Moreton In Marsh and or, through the attainment of examinations and third party accreditation through the Institution of Fire Engineers.

This ensures that you can be satisfied in the knowledge that your Fire Risk Services consultant will be educated, have considerable practical experience gained both in the commercial and public sectors, enabling us to offer you pragmatic and sensible fire safety advice.

This enables appropriate and timely action to be taken ensuring compliance with your obligations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
